What happens to my order after it has been placed?
Once the "Place Order" button is selected on the checkout page, the system will send an order acknowledgment email:
- the brand will receive the email
- (you) the retail buyer will receive the same email
- the brand will also be able to retrieve an electronic copy
How do I get the status of my order?
After submission, the order is in the brand's hands for finalization. In this case, please contact the brand directly as they will have the most updated status for your order.
